Effective from: 24 August 2026
1. ABOUT AANANTO AND THESE TERMS
These Terms govern use of the AANANTO website, free game modes, Artisan Taster, Full Artisan paid membership, Artisan Create and the private My Jigsaws workspace.
By creating an account, using the website or purchasing paid access, you agree to these Terms.

Original artworks may bear the signature “Stefan Antoni”, an artistic name used by Steven Dobrowski. The use of that name does not indicate a separate copyright owner.
Except for member-supplied content described in section 6, AANANTO website content, artwork, software, design elements and visual assets remain subject to the applicable copyright and other intellectual-property rights described in these Terms.
2. ACCOUNTS AND ELIGIBILITY
2.1 AANANTO membership is intended for individual registered users. Unless AANANTO expressly agrees otherwise:
- one account should be used by one registered user;
- login details must be kept secure;
- paid access is linked to the AANANTO account signed in when checkout begins;
- purchases cannot normally be transferred between accounts; and
- buyers must be authorised to use the chosen payment method.
2.2 PayPal account holders must satisfy PayPal’s own eligibility requirements.
2.3 The email address registered to the AANANTO account is the principal account email used by AANANTO for purchase confirmations and important membership communications. A customer’s PayPal email address may be different.
3. FREE THRESHOLD ACCESS AND ARTISAN TASTER
Threshold membership is currently provided free of charge to registered AANANTO users and provides access to:
- Shuffle Board;
- Tray Board;
- Full Jigsaw Board;
- the Threshold Collection; and
- Artisan Taster, comprising a limited selection of images chosen by AANANTO for play in the full Artisan Jigsaw mode.
AANANTO may change the free collections, Taster selection or free features as the service develops.
4. FULL ARTISAN AND ARTISAN COLLECTION GALLERIES
Full Artisan is AANANTO’s premium jigsaw experience. It provides access to the premium Artisan galleries and the Full Artisan gameplay made available to the member’s account.
AANANTO currently provides multiple premium Artisan galleries. AANANTO may add, replace, rename, reorganise or retire individual images and galleries as the service develops.
Paid Full Artisan membership provides access to the Full Artisan service and the standard collections made available within it. It does not guarantee that every individual image or gallery will remain available indefinitely.
5. FULL ARTISAN PAID OPTIONS
5.1 Full Artisan Annual
Full Artisan Annual costs £12.00 GBP when purchased and renews automatically at £12.00 GBP every year until cancelled.
It provides Full Artisan access while the annual entitlement remains valid and the AANANTO service remains available.
Future renewal may be cancelled through PayPal or by contacting AANANTO. Cancelling future renewal stops subsequent renewal payments but does not normally end access already paid for. Access ordinarily continues until the applicable paid-through date unless the relevant payment is refunded, reversed, disputed or otherwise invalidated.
Any future price change will be communicated before it applies to a future renewal.
5.2 Full Artisan Lifetime
Full Artisan Lifetime costs one payment of £39.00 GBP and has no recurring annual renewal.
“Lifetime” means access for the operating life of the AANANTO Full Artisan service, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
Lifetime access may end following a full refund, payment reversal, upheld dispute, serious breach of these Terms, fraudulent use, permanent discontinuation of the relevant service, or another lawful basis for termination.
Nothing in this clause removes any statutory consumer right.
6. ARTISAN CREATE — MY JIGSAWS
6.1 What Artisan Create provides
Artisan Create is a paid enhancement to Full Artisan.
It includes the member’s private “My Jigsaws” collection, allowing an eligible member to upload their own supported image, have AANANTO prepare it for private jigsaw use, retain the resulting personal jigsaw in their My Jigsaws collection and play it through the existing Artisan jigsaw engine.
At the current service limit, My Jigsaws can contain up to 20 retained personal jigsaws for an eligible account. Permanently removing a retained personal jigsaw frees the corresponding slot.
Artisan Create is not presently a public sharing or publishing service. A future user-initiated sharing feature, if introduced, may be subject to additional terms and privacy information.
6.2 Full Artisan is required
Artisan Create requires an effective Full Artisan entitlement.
An Artisan Create entitlement does not by itself grant Full Artisan access. If the underlying Full Artisan entitlement expires, is refunded, reversed, suspended or otherwise ceases to be effective, Artisan Create and My Jigsaws may become unavailable until qualifying Full Artisan access is restored.
A Lifetime Artisan Create entitlement, where separately purchased, does not convert an Annual Full Artisan entitlement into Full Artisan Lifetime.
6.3 Ownership of member images and personal jigsaws
AANANTO does not claim ownership of images supplied by a member for Artisan Create.
The member retains whatever copyright and other rights they lawfully hold in their uploaded image and in their own personal content.
The member grants AANANTO only the limited permission reasonably required to provide Artisan Create. This includes permission to:
- receive and validate the uploaded file;
- process, resize, convert or otherwise technically prepare it;
- create private puzzle derivatives and thumbnails;
- store and back up the private processed files as reasonably necessary;
- deliver those files back to the authenticated member for use in My Jigsaws;
- perform reasonable support, security, abuse-prevention and integrity checks; and
- process, preserve, restrict or disclose material where reasonably necessary to comply with law or a valid legal requirement.
This technical permission does not transfer ownership to AANANTO.
AANANTO will not use a member’s private image or personal jigsaw for an AANANTO public gallery, advertising, marketing, sale, licensing to another customer, general public display, or AI/model training without separate permission or an explicit user-initiated feature that clearly provides for that use.
Hosting, email, infrastructure and other technical service providers used by AANANTO may necessarily process data to the extent required to provide their services.
6.4 Originals, storage and backup
Artisan Create is a jigsaw-making service, not a permanent image-backup service.
AANANTO may discard the originally uploaded source file after the technical processing needed to create the private jigsaw files. Members should therefore keep their own original images and any other copies they wish to preserve.
If Artisan Create access ends, AANANTO may temporarily retain private personal jigsaws to allow operational recovery or restoration if qualifying access is regained. Such retained material may later be permanently deleted in accordance with AANANTO’s Privacy Notice, operational retention arrangements and applicable law.
6.5 Member responsibility for uploaded content
A member may upload only material they are legally entitled to possess and use for this purpose.
Members must not upload material that:
- is unlawful to possess, process or store;
- infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality or other rights;
- contains child sexual abuse material;
- contains unlawful non-consensual intimate imagery;
- constitutes unlawful terrorist or extremist material;
- contains malicious code or is intended to attack, disrupt or compromise the service; or
- otherwise creates a serious legal, security or safety risk for AANANTO or another person.
AANANTO does not undertake to inspect every private member image manually.
Where AANANTO reasonably believes material may breach these Terms, create a serious security risk or require action under law, AANANTO may reject, quarantine, restrict or remove the material, preserve relevant evidence, suspend related functionality and, where legally required or otherwise lawful and appropriate, report the matter to the relevant authority.
Any such action will be proportionate to the circumstances and will not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. FULL ARTISAN + ARTISAN CREATE BUNDLES
7.1 Annual bundle
Full Artisan + Artisan Create Annual costs £18.00 GBP when purchased and renews automatically at £18.00 GBP every year until cancelled.
The bundle provides, while effective:
- Full Artisan;
- the standard premium Artisan galleries then made available; and
- Artisan Create — My Jigsaws, subject to the applicable service limit.
Cancelling future renewal stops the next scheduled bundle renewal payment but does not normally end access already paid for before the paid-through date.
7.2 Lifetime bundle
Full Artisan + Artisan Create Lifetime costs one payment of £59.00 GBP and has no recurring annual renewal.
“Lifetime” means the operating life of the relevant AANANTO services, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
A refund, reversal or other invalidation of the bundle payment removes the effective Full Artisan and Artisan Create entitlements created by that payment, subject always to statutory rights.
8. SEPARATE ARTISAN CREATE UPGRADES FOR EXISTING FULL ARTISAN MEMBERS
AANANTO may offer an existing Full Artisan member a separate Artisan Create upgrade.
The current launch prices, where that route is offered, are:
- £10.00 GBP for an Annual Artisan Create upgrade; or
- £29.00 GBP for a Lifetime Artisan Create upgrade.
At launch, this route may be handled manually rather than through the standard automated bundle checkout.
Before taking payment for a separately arranged Artisan Create upgrade, AANANTO will confirm the applicable duration, renewal arrangements (if any), Full Artisan dependency and any purchase-specific cancellation or voluntary refund terms.
Unless AANANTO expressly states otherwise at the time of that separate purchase, the 72-hour voluntary change-of-mind promise in section 10.3 applies to an initial Full Artisan purchase or an initial Full Artisan + Artisan Create bundle purchase and does not automatically restart or arise again merely because an existing paid member later buys a separate enhancement.
9. PAYMENT, AUTOMATIC ACTIVATION AND CONTRACT CONFIRMATION
9.1 Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. Eligible buyers may be offered payment through a PayPal account, debit card or credit card.
AANANTO does not receive or store the customer’s full card details.
The PayPal email address does not need to match the AANANTO registration email. Paid access is linked through the protected checkout to the AANANTO account signed in when payment begins.
9.2 Automatic activation
Paid access is activated automatically after AANANTO receives and verifies the required PayPal confirmation.
Where payment has been approved but activation is still being confirmed, the customer should not start another checkout. The customer should instead use the activation-status option where provided or contact AANANTO.
9.3 Durable purchase confirmation
For a qualifying initial paid purchase through the automated AANANTO checkout, AANANTO sends a purchase-confirmation email to the email address registered to the AANANTO account.
That confirmation is intended to provide a durable record of the contract and includes the applicable purchase details, the immediate-digital-supply consent and acknowledgement where relevant, the AANANTO 72-hour voluntary change-of-mind deadline, and the applicable Terms version or snapshot.
The customer should retain that email.
If a confirmation email is delayed or does not arrive, this does not by itself invalidate a payment or entitlement that AANANTO and PayPal have otherwise verified. The customer should contact support@aananto.com so that the position can be checked and, where appropriate, the contract information can be supplied again.
10. CANCELLATION, IMMEDIATE DIGITAL SUPPLY AND REFUNDS
10.1 Cancelling future Annual renewals
A customer may cancel future renewal of an Annual paid membership at any time through PayPal or by contacting AANANTO at support@aananto.com.
Cancelling renewal stops the next scheduled annual payment. It does not normally refund the current paid period or end access already paid for. Access ordinarily continues until the applicable paid-through date unless the payment is subsequently refunded, reversed, disputed or otherwise invalidated.
Lifetime purchases have no recurring annual renewal and therefore have no future subscription payment to cancel.
10.2 Immediate supply of paid digital content
Paid Artisan membership includes digital content and associated digital-service functionality intended to become available promptly after AANANTO verifies payment.
Where AANANTO begins supply of paid digital content before the end of the statutory 14-day cancellation period, the checkout asks the customer to:
- expressly consent to AANANTO beginning supply of the paid digital content immediately, before the end of that cancellation period; and
- acknowledge that, once supply of that digital content begins, the statutory 14-day cancellation right in relation to that digital content will be lost.
The customer’s acknowledgement concerns the relevant digital-content cancellation right. It does not exclude statutory rights or remedies that continue to apply to any service element, faulty or misdescribed supply, or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10.3 AANANTO 72-hour change-of-mind refund
Separately from statutory cancellation rights, AANANTO voluntarily gives a customer a 72-hour change-of-mind refund period on the customer’s initial qualifying paid purchase of:
- Full Artisan Annual;
- Full Artisan Lifetime;
- Full Artisan + Artisan Create Annual; or
- Full Artisan + Artisan Create Lifetime.
The 72-hour period begins when the customer’s paid access is activated.
During that period the customer may use the paid digital content in the normal way and may still request a full refund simply because they have decided the paid AANANTO experience is not for them.
A valid request made before the 72-hour period expires will normally result in:
- refund of the initial qualifying payment to the original payment method;
- withdrawal of the paid entitlement or entitlements created by that payment; and
- return of the AANANTO account to whatever underlying access is otherwise applicable to it.
No reason is required for a request made under this voluntary 72-hour promise.
The 72-hour promise is intended to provide one genuine evaluation opportunity for a new paying customer. It applies to the customer’s initial qualifying paid purchase and does not create a fresh 72-hour period following a previous change-of-mind refund and later repurchase.
It also does not automatically restart merely because an existing paid member later purchases a separate enhancement or add-on, unless AANANTO expressly states otherwise before that later purchase.
This limitation does not affect statutory rights.
10.4 Cancelling a renewal versus refunding a completed payment
Cancelling future renewal and refunding a completed payment are different actions.
Cancelling future renewal:
- stops the next scheduled annual payment; and
- ordinarily preserves access until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunding a completed payment:
- returns the applicable payment to the buyer;
- invalidates the paid entitlement created by that payment; and
- removes the corresponding effective paid access.
For a Full Artisan + Artisan Create bundle, a refund or reversal of the bundle payment removes the effective Full Artisan and Artisan Create entitlements created by that payment.
If an Annual renewal payment has already been collected, cancelling the subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself refund that renewal payment. Any request for a refund of a renewal payment will be dealt with under the statutory consumer rights and any AANANTO renewal-refund policy that apply when that renewal is charged. The 72-hour change-of-mind refund described in section 10.3 applies to the initial qualifying paid purchase and does not automatically restart on each Annual renewal.
10.5 How to request cancellation or a refund
Send cancellation and refund requests to:
support@aananto.com
Please provide, where available:
- your full name;
- the email address registered to your AANANTO account;
- the paid product purchased;
- the date of payment;
- the PayPal transaction, order or subscription reference; and
- the PayPal email address, where this would assist identification of the transaction.
For the AANANTO 72-hour change-of-mind refund, no explanation is required. The request must clearly identify the relevant purchase and communicate the request before the 72-hour period expires.
10.6 Faulty, unavailable or misdescribed digital content or services
The immediate-supply acknowledgement and the AANANTO 72-hour change-of-mind promise do not replace or reduce the customer’s statutory rights.
Where paid digital content or services are not of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose or as described, or where services are not supplied with the standard required by applicable consumer law, the customer may have rights to an appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include correction or restoration of access, repeat performance, a price reduction or a refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
10.7 Model cancellation notice
Where a statutory cancellation right remains available, a customer may use the following wording, but is not required to do so:

11. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
11.1 AANANTO content
Except where otherwise credited or expressly stated, images, artwork and original visual assets supplied by AANANTO are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property laws.
© 2025–2026 Steven Dobrowski (signing as Stefan Antoni), trading as AANANTO and PhotoGraphixDesigns, except where otherwise credited.
All rights reserved.
11.2 Member content
Section 11.1 does not transfer to AANANTO any ownership of a member’s private Artisan Create image or personal jigsaw.
Rights in member-supplied material remain governed by section 6 and by the rights of the member and any relevant third-party rights holder.
12. USAGE RESTRICTIONS
Unless AANANTO expressly gives written permission, access to the website, puzzle games, AANANTO galleries and AANANTO-owned visual assets is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
12.1 Permitted use
Registered users may:
- view public website content;
- play the game modes and collections available to their account;
- use paid Full Artisan content for their own personal enjoyment while the applicable entitlement remains valid;
- use their own eligible private Artisan Create content through My Jigsaws while the applicable entitlements remain effective; and
- share links to publicly accessible AANANTO pages.
Temporary technical copies automatically created by a browser or device solely to display and operate the authorised service are permitted.
12.2 AANANTO images and visual assets
Except where an authorised download or sharing feature is expressly provided, users must not:
- download, copy or extract protected AANANTO gallery images or files;
- reproduce, modify, republish or redistribute AANANTO visual assets;
- remix, transform or create derivative works from AANANTO visual assets;
- remove or alter copyright, authorship, attribution or rights-management information; or
- use AANANTO artwork, imagery, design elements or derivatives commercially without a written licence.
These restrictions on AANANTO-owned assets do not prevent a member from using or retaining their own original member-supplied image outside AANANTO.
12.3 Accounts and access controls
Users must not:
- share login credentials or permit another person to use their individual membership account;
- sell, transfer, lend or sublicense account access;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with login requirements, membership gateways, payment controls or asset-protection measures;
- obtain or attempt to obtain access to a collection or service not made available to their account;
- bypass the normal website interface to obtain protected AANANTO files or another member’s private files; or
- use another person’s account or payment entitlement without authority.
12.4 Automated and disruptive activity
Users must not:
- use bots, crawlers, scrapers, downloaders or other automated means to collect protected website content or visual assets without permission;
- make excessive automated requests or place an unreasonable load on the website or hosting infrastructure;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the website without prior written permission;
- introduce malware, malicious code or harmful data;
- interfere with gameplay, payment processing, membership records or another user’s access; or
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify website software, except to the limited extent expressly permitted by applicable law and incapable of lawful exclusion.
12.5 Commercial use
No AANANTO artwork, image, collection, software element, design component or derivative work may be used for advertising, resale, merchandise, publication, training data, commercial display or another commercial purpose without a formal written licence from AANANTO.
This clause does not claim commercial rights over a member’s own lawfully supplied image.
13. LICENSING REQUESTS
For collaborations, licensing or usage enquiries relating to AANANTO-owned material, contact:
licensing@aananto.com
Please include the intended use, duration, format and distribution plans.
14. THIRD-PARTY ASSETS
Where applicable, fonts, textures, stock elements or source materials used by AANANTO in its own compositions may be:
- licensed for commercial use;
- created in-house by AANANTO or PhotoGraphixDesigns; or
- used under another applicable lawful permission.
Third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders and are used under the applicable licences. No rights in those materials are granted to website users except as expressly provided.
Member-supplied Artisan Create content may also contain material owned by third parties. Responsibility for having the necessary rights to use such material remains with the member under section 6.5.
15. DIGITAL INTEGRITY AND PROTECTION
AANANTO may use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect its website, visual assets, private member files, galleries, membership areas, payment processes and services.
These measures may include access controls, transaction and security records, rate limiting, direct-file protections, integrity checks and other proportionate safeguards.
Suspected unauthorised access, copying, account misuse, interference, unlawful content or infringement may be investigated.
Where appropriate, AANANTO may issue a warning, restrict or suspend access, preserve relevant records, block abusive activity, remove or quarantine material, report suspected unlawful conduct or take proportionate legal action.
Any investigation or protective action will be carried out subject to applicable law and the customer’s statutory rights.
16. SERVICE AVAILABILITY, MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
AANANTO is a browser-based digital service.
Users are responsible for providing a compatible device, a reasonably current web browser, an internet connection and any browser features reasonably required to operate the service.
The website may not operate identically on every browser, operating system, screen size or older device. Information about material known compatibility requirements will be provided where reasonably practicable.
AANANTO may carry out planned or emergency maintenance, security work, software updates and service improvements.
Temporary interruptions may also arise from hosting providers, internet services, PayPal, email providers, browser changes or circumstances outside AANANTO’s reasonable control.
AANANTO does not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or entirely free from minor faults. AANANTO will, however, use reasonable care in operating the service and will seek to restore material service failures within a reasonable period.
Nothing in this section excludes statutory rights relating to digital content or services.
17. SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, CONTENT ACTIONS AND PAYMENT EVENTS
AANANTO may restrict or suspend an account or particular functionality where it reasonably believes this is necessary to:
- protect the security or integrity of the service;
- investigate suspected fraud or unauthorised payment use;
- prevent account sharing or serious misuse;
- respond to a payment dispute, reversal or chargeback;
- investigate or address member content that may breach section 6.5;
- comply with a legal obligation; or
- address a serious or repeated breach of these Terms.
Where reasonably possible and lawful, AANANTO will explain the reason for a material restriction and give the user an opportunity to resolve the matter.
A completed refund or payment reversal removes the entitlement created by the affected payment.
An unresolved payment dispute may result in temporary suspension of the associated paid entitlement while the dispute is investigated. The final entitlement status may depend on verified information supplied by PayPal.
Suspension, termination or content action will not remove any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. PRIVACY AND COOKIES
AANANTO processes personal information needed to register accounts, operate membership access, administer payments, send purchase confirmations, provide Artisan Create — My Jigsaws, provide customer support, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.
Artisan Create may involve processing member-uploaded images and private processed jigsaw files. Further information about what is processed, why it is processed, retention, service providers, security and individual rights is provided in the AANANTO Privacy Notice.
Information about cookies, local storage and similar browser technologies is provided in the AANANTO Cookie Notice.
PayPal processes payment and account information under PayPal’s own privacy terms. AANANTO does not receive or store the customer’s full card details.
19. COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Questions, activation problems, Artisan Create issues, refund requests and complaints should be sent to:
support@aananto.com
Please include sufficient information to identify the AANANTO account and relevant transaction, but do not send full card details, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
AANANTO aims to acknowledge complaints as soon as reasonably practicable and to provide a substantive response within 14 working days. Where a matter requires additional investigation, AANANTO will explain the position and provide an updated timescale.
Nothing in this complaints process prevents a consumer from using any external remedy, statutory right or court process available to them.
20. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any contract between AANANTO and a customer are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
A consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom or another country retains any mandatory consumer protection and right to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction that applicable law provides.
21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
AANANTO may update these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect:
- changes in the law or regulatory requirements;
- security or fraud-prevention needs;
- changes to payment or membership systems;
- new or changed AANANTO features, including Artisan Create;
- improvements or changes to the website and services; or
- corrections and clarifications.
The current version and effective date will be published on the Terms of Use page.
Where a proposed change materially affects an existing paid membership, AANANTO will provide reasonable advance notice by email, account notice or another durable method where practicable.
A change to an Annual price will be communicated before it applies to a future renewal.
Changes will not retrospectively remove statutory rights or invalidate access already paid for, except where access is lawfully suspended or removed under these Terms or where continued supply has become unlawful or impossible.
