HOW TO PLAY & TIPS
HOW TO START
- Choose Full Jigsaw Board from the game modes.
- Select your number of pieces, from 9 to 100.
- Smaller puzzles are quick and relaxed.
- Larger puzzles offer a deeper, more absorbing challenge.
- Use Choose Picture to select the image you want to solve.
HOW TO PLAY
- Study the interlocking pieces in the tray or side area.
- Drag a piece onto the board.
- If it is correct, it locks into place.
- If not, it returns to the tray.
- Continue placing pieces until the full image is complete.
BOARD AND PIECE LAYOUT
- The layout adapts to your screen.
- Portrait screens: the tray appears below the board.
- Landscape screens: the tray appears to the right of the board.
- The board always has visual priority so you can focus on the image.
GHOST IMAGE
- Use the Ghost toggle to show or hide a faint outline of the completed picture.
- Show the ghost when you want guidance or when the image has subtle colour changes.
- Hide it when you want a more traditional challenge.
STATS
- Use the Stats toggle to show or hide your progress information.
- Stats help you track time and completion.
- Hide them when you want a quieter, more focused puzzle screen.
- On smaller screens, stats may appear in a compact form.
SAVE & PAUSE
- After you place your first piece, Save & Pause becomes available.
- Use Save & Pause when you want to stop and keep your current Full Jigsaw Board position.
- Your saved game can be restored when you return to Full Jigsaw Board.
- Use Resume Play to continue from where you left off.
RESHUFFLE TRAY
- Use Reshuffle Tray to rearrange the pieces.
- This can help you spot shapes or colours you missed earlier.
FULL SCREEN
- Use Play Full Screen for a larger and more immersive puzzle area.
- Full Screen is especially helpful on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop screens.
- More space makes the puzzle easier to scan and more enjoyable to play.
CHOOSE ANOTHER PICTURE
- Use Choose Picture to select a new image from the gallery.
- Starting a new picture begins a fresh Full Jigsaw Board game and replaces the current Full Jigsaw Board save.
TIPS FOR ENJOYABLE PLAY
- Start with corners and edges.
- Look for strong colours, patterns, text, shadows, or distinctive shapes.
- Use the ghost image early on, then hide it for a more rewarding finish.
- For larger puzzles, work in visual zones such as sky, water, foliage, buildings, faces, or colour blocks.
- If you get stuck, reshuffle the tray and look again with fresh eyes.
- Full Jigsaw Board is designed to be clear, spacious, and satisfying from the first piece to the final picture.
